THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How do I submit artwork to be included into the ZOE JO collection?
    We are always looking for fresh new art to be included into our collection. Please understand we are not an art agency. The collection is shown under ZOE JO Studio not individual artists. We support our artists by mentioning them in our social media, but ZOE JO studio obtains all copyrights to artwork upon sale. If you would like for us to view your portfolio, please email info@zoejodesign.com with a selection of artwork. If we think you would be a good fit for the studio we will email you back with further information.
  • How do I view the collection?
    Please submit your information under our "shop prints" tab on the home page. We will review your company's information and give approval in a timely manner.
  • What happens if payment is not received?
    If we do not receive payment in a timely manner the artwork will be put back into the collection and the client will be notified.
  • What are your terms of payment?
    Invoice will be sent after artwork is purchased. We require payment within 30 days. We accept: checks, bank transfers, credit cards, and paypal.
